Bruce Meyers - Chairman
Bruce Meyers is the Chairman of Meyers Associates, L.P.
Bruce has participated in the successful completion of a broad Spectrum of equity and Debt transactions, both public and private. His main concentration is pursuing and developing cutting edge start up and emerging growth companies in the biotechnology sectors and providing these companies with a combination of high quality financial and managerial services.
Mr. Meyers has served as the general partner of his own investment banking firm for the past eighteen years. He sits on the board of the chemotherapy Foundation and advises several public and private companies. From 1991-94 Mr. Meyers worked as an investment banker and a senior account executive at DH Blair & Co. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from SUNY at Buffalo and spent several years working in public accounting.
Donald A. Wojnowski Jr - President and CEO
Donald A. Wojnowski Jr., President - Mr. Wojnowski brings 30 years of retail – private client group experience and has previously served in a variety of leadership roles at firms such as Anderson Strudwick (SMD – Private Client Group), Jesup & Lamont, (President, Chief Executive Officer, Senior Managing Director-Private Client Group). Mr. Wojnowski began his industry career in the management-training program at E.F. Hutton in 1982 and holds his Series 7, 24 and 66 securities registrations.
Raana Imtiaz Khan - Executive Vice President
Raana Imtiaz Khan is the Executive Vice President at Meyers Associates, LP.
At Meyers, Mr. Khan focuses on assisting corporate clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives. He has led several assignments and transactions including merger and acquisition advisory, debt and equity private placements, restructuring and valuations in connection with complex securities transactions.
Mr. Khan has been at Meyers since 2000 and has worked on over $100 million in investment for various public and private emerging growth companies and Mr. Khan serves on the board of several private and public companies.
Prior to joining Meyers, Mr. Khan worked in Investment banking Group with Merrill Lynch. Previously, Mr. Khan launched and ran a construction management and engineering firm, where he led a number of successful commercial projects.
Mr. Khan holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a Wharton Fellow from the University of Pennsylvania
Andrew Bekoff
Mr. Bekoff has been an expert in his field for over 15 years. He has served as the Chief Investment Strategist for Van Der Moolen Specialist USA, LLC and as an Investment Analyst Research Director for Bloomberg Financial Markets.
His accomplishments include building investment strategies for global asset allocation models, supervising a team of more than 150 employees and publishing several articles and making regular media appearances on Bloomberg TV/Radio and Bloomberg Magazine. He also holds an M.B.A in Finance from Temple University. He has served as an officer and director for the Market Technicians Association.
Mr. Bekoff started at Meyers Associates in 2008 where he currently generates daily buy and sell recommendations for the trading room.
