Bruce Meyers - CEO
Bruce Meyers is the CEO of Meyers Associates, L.P.
Bruce has participated in the successful completion of a broad Spectrum of equity and Debt transactions, both public and private. His main concentration is pursuing and developing cutting edge start up and emerging growth companies in the biotechnology sectors and providing these companies with a combination of high quality financial and managerial services.
Mr. Meyers has served as the general partner of his own investment banking firm for the past eighteen years. He sits on the board of the chemotherapy Foundation and advises several public and private companies. From 1991-94 Mr. Meyers worked as an investment banker and a senior account executive at DH Blair & Co. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from SUNY at Buffalo and spent several years working in public accounting.
Raana Imtiaz Khan - Executive Vice President
Raana Imtiaz Khan is the Executive Vice President at Meyers Associates, LP.
At Meyers, Mr. Khan focuses on assisting corporate clients in achieving their financial and strategic objectives. He has led several assignments and transactions including merger and acquisition advisory, debt and equity private placements, restructuring and valuations in connection with complex securities transactions.
Mr. Khan has been at Meyers since 2000 and has worked on over $100 million in investment for various public and private emerging growth companies and Mr. Khan serves on the board of several private and public companies.
Prior to joining Meyers, Mr. Khan worked in Investment banking Group with Merrill Lynch. Previously, Mr. Khan launched and ran a construction management and engineering firm, where he led a number of successful commercial projects.
Mr. Khan holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a Wharton Fellow from the University of Pennsylvania
Greg Traina - Managing Director - Syndicate
Greg Traina has spent more than 25 years in capital markets and corporate finance, servicing emerging growth, small cap, and middle market companies specializing in life sciences, healthcare, technology, and energy. FINRA Licensed Series 7 & Series 24 since 1986.
Prior to joining Meyers Associates, L.P., Greg held senior management positions at several well-known Wall Street firms where he was responsible for the structuring, closing, and placing of over 100 financing transactions. Throughout Greg’s employment, he has been responsible for raising more than $2 billion for emerging growth companies.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH.
